Do we need clinical training to run it?
No. It is turnkey and ready to run from one secure dashboard. Community leaders, educators, facilitators or peer ambassadors can lead it with the Quick Start and Full Program Guides, and outreach materials come with the license.
Clinicians use it too. The program is not clinical training in itself, but it is used within clinical training as part of a larger program — it complements clinical work rather than standing in for it.
